Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Creative Contractors website at creative-contractors.co.uk and form the basis of any quote or contract we issue. By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

About us

Creative Contractors is a building and landscaping contractor based at Bowling Green Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3RY. You can contact us on 07985 770209 or by email at creativecontractor1@gmail.com.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information only. Prices, project timelines and material specifications shown in blog posts, area pages or example projects are indicative — your actual quote will depend on a site visit and the specifics of your project.

You may not copy, redistribute or republish material from this site without our written permission. All photographs of completed projects are our copyright and are shared with our customers' consent.

Quotes

  • Quotes are free and provided without obligation.
  • Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided at the site visit. If site conditions change (for example, hidden drainage issues, unsuitable sub-base) we will discuss any variation with you before proceeding.

Contracts and payment

A contract is formed once you accept our written quote in writing (email is fine). Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and will be set out in your quote. Typically a deposit is required to schedule the work, with the balance due on completion.

Workmanship and guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand behind it. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Materials carry the manufacturer's standard guarantee (typically 10–25 years depending on the product). If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll come back to put it right.

Insurance

Creative Contractors carries public liability insurance. Certificates can be provided on request before work begins.

Cancellation

If you booked work after a home site visit you have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once work has started by mutual agreement, any cancellation will be subject to the costs already incurred (materials ordered, labour committed, plant hire).

Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything we've done, contact us first by phone or email — we aim to resolve issues quickly and informally. You also have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution provider or to take matters to your local Trading Standards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised.
